I have personally used Redmond’s five times (I believe) to rent their 15 passenger vans. We take a group of people across the country for a week, and we have used Redmond’s every time. The vans are always squeaky clean and detailed. Never experienced even a hint of mechanical issues. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. My company uses them for all of our needs, and we will continue to. This is exactly the kind of neighborhood shop you want to give your business to. Also, the office is always nice and clean, and cool inside.
My daughter is a student at SVSU. Her car wouldn’t start so we had it towed to Redmond’s. They repaired the car quickly and at a very reasonable price.
